The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our small, dynamic team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily legal activities. Responsibilities include: • Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings., • Managing attorneys' calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings., • Organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic case files and documents., • Assisting with court filings, including e-filing., • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails., • Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining office equipment., • Assisting with billing and expense reports as needed. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a law firm., • Proficiency in legal terminology and legal document formatting., • Excellent organizational and time management skills., • Strong written and verbal communication abilities., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)., • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion., • A proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Bilingual language required.
