OVERVIEW: The Center for Youth's multiple transitional living programs (TLP); Arnett House, Chrysalis House, New Beginning House, and the Devonshire Apartments, all provide independent living supports and services to homeless youth ages 16-24 7 days a week and all year round. The TLP Resident Assistant (RA) Float position provides on-site engagement and support that is strength-based and mutually respectful. Residents are approached from an asset-based perspective so that staff can form partnerships that help facilitate the identification of issues, concerns, and needs and then the strategies required to address them.
