There is no ceiling on what a motivated attorney can earn here. The firm believes that if you are producing, you should be paid like it, and they have built the compensation model to back that up. The ideal candidate has family law experience and is comfortable both in the courtroom and at the negotiating table. But beyond credentials, the firm is looking for someone with good instincts, genuine empathy for clients, and the kind of work ethic that does not need to be managed. If you are an attorney who has been waiting for the right place to plant your flag and build something, this may be it. Interviews are moving quickly.
