Employment Litigation Attorney Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP is a national law firm focused on complex civil litigation. The Firm is seeking an experienced attorney, with at least four (4) years of experience, to join the Employment Practice Group in the Midtown Manhattan office. The attorney would be expected to litigate discrimination/retaliation cases, as well as wage and hour class and collective cases, including managing discovery, conducting and defending depositions, engaging in motion practice, and mediating and settling cases. Strong research and writing skills are required. Experience with wage-and-hour law and conducting depositions is strongly preferred. Base compensation ranges from $135,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience. Midtown NYC Plaintiff's firm seeks a full-time an Associate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical malpractice to practice in a team environment. A positive and friendly demeanor is a MUST. The attorney will work on all aspects of medical malpractice cases from intake to trial. Part of the job can be done remotely, but requires in-personal appearances in courts when needed. Salary commensurate with experience. All inquiries and interviews will remain confidential.
