Job Summary Hanover Bank is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting with designing, creating, and executing marketing initiatives to support the growth and expansion of the company's products and services. The individual in this role will create and convey brand messages, as well as improve brand awareness through the appropriate channels to reach the target audience. They will liaise with external vendors to execute marketing campaigns, develop presentations, provide reports based on collected information, including marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing, and coordinate involvement in conferences, exhibitions, and marketing seminars, as needed. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities • Assists the Director of Marketing with all initiatives regarding branding, communications, digital & public relations., • Manages all promotional items, vendors, and inventory for all branding items., • Conducts market research., • Reports and recommends strategies to support growth., • Organizes marketing campaigns and events, including webinars., • Facilitates cross-functional team efforts., • Assists in the execution of marketing campaigns., • Strategizes with the Director of Marketing on implementing initiatives., • Coordinates, contributes, and assists with vendor management for all services/initiatives., • Supports the department by organizing/contributing PowerPoint presentations., • Tracks campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines., • Monitors the social media calendar and monitors/tracks comments., • Coordinates deliverables for trade shows/seminars/events and meetings, as needed., • Contributes to the creative process for website, social media, collateral, email campaigns, and all marketing initiatives., • Maintains the Company's social media schedule and postings., • Creates marketing assets for social media and other marketing initiatives., • Maintains copy and design for public, investor relations, and internal websites, and coordinates with the host vendors, as needed., • Maintains marketing messages on in-branch monitors., • Promotes our services, business units, products, and brand., • Collaborates with cross-functional teams on various bank product launches and project initiatives., • Assists in preparing marketing plans., • Engages in supporting all internal and external clients., • Assists in launching new products/initiatives., • Processes vendor invoices., • Assists with the execution of the corporate strategic plan., • Supports new branch openings., • All other marketing and communications duties as required.
