Job Description The Director of Fundraising Events is a high-impact role responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive, multi-channel fundraising and engagement strategy to secure at least $5M in annual revenue through fundraising events. This role is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring strong leadership, judgment, and the ability to operate at a senior level with trustees, major donors, and executive leadership. The primary focus is maximizing revenue through galas, high-level cultivation events, and institutional stewardship initiatives. This role also oversees the planning and execution of all fundraising and cultivation events for both the annual and capital campaign efforts; and leads the execution of large-scale organizational openings and milestones to support FHL’s fundraising efforts. Fundraising events include a signature 500-650 person annual Spring Benefit and the annual 250-person High Line Art Dinner, as well as luncheons, lectures, tours and cocktail receptions. STATEMENT OF THE JOB The Superintendent V works as an integral member of on-site maintenance team to ensure safe affordable housing is provided and maintained for tenants who live in buildings managed by POP Management, the housing office of Catholic Charities, Brooklyn & Queens. The Superintendent V is responsible for the management of all aspects of building & facilities maintenance, and, under the direction of the Property Manager, provides task supervision for maintenance staff. The Superintendent V has responsibility for buildings with technological advancements featuring all-electric heating, cooling, and hot water systems, and incorporate resiliency components to create areas of refuge for residents and community neighbors, including back-up generator power for cooling, charging, sheltering in place and other emergency needs. The Superintendent V has a significant role for ensuring the building maintains compliance with all Agency, funding sources, regulatory agreements and applicable building codes. Intelligent Leisure is a foundational pillar of the Moss New York membership experience. It serves as the intellectual and cultural engine of the Club—convening ideas, people, and experiences that deepen member engagement, strengthen community, and differentiate Moss in the private club landscape. The Head of Intelligent Leisure & Programming Production is responsible for setting the strategy, curating the content, and leading the execution of Moss's intellectual and cultural programming. This role blends cultural fluency, programming judgment, member instinct, and production rigor. It is accountable for ensuring that Intelligent Leisure meaningfully contributes to membership value, engagement, retention, and Moss's broader brand positioning. This is a senior leadership role. It is not primarily a hosting, editorial, or social role—though all three are components of success. Ownership, judgment, follow-through, and operational excellence are paramount. This position reports directly to the Co-Founders of Moss New York. COMPENSATION: The salary wage for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY City Parks Learn has operated interdisciplinary environmental education programs in schools and parks since 1992. Eco-Innovators is a program for 9th - 12th graders that gives students access to environmental STEM learning and introduces them to NYC infrastructure and leaders as they work to invent creative projects that push the environmental resiliency movement forward in their own communities. Students make real change as they explore urban infrastructure and advocacy tools and learn techniques to help solve challenging environmental issues, including expanding green spaces, increasing recycling and reducing waste, and improving energy efficiency. City Parks Foundation seeks an experienced environmental educator with deep knowledge of and passion for environmental resiliency and community advocacy. Reporting to the Senior Manager of STEM Pathways, the successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in delivering instruction to and working with adolescents in a project-based, out-of-school time setting. During the school year, the Eco-Innovators Program Manager manages and implements after-school programming for up to 25 high school students at each of 4 locations, using site-specific, inquiry-based lessons to stimulate meaningful learning experiences for students in their own communities. In the summer season, the Program Manager will implement an intensive version of the program for continuing juniors/seniors at one site from July through mid-August, Monday through Thursday (9am - 3pm). Eco-Innovators After-School Program takes place at sites in Manhattan, The Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens.
