About the Position • Set up patients on CPAP, BiPAP, and non-invasive ventilation (NHV) therapy in the home setting., • Conduct ventilator checks and perform oxygen titration and evaluations for patients using oxygen-conserving devices and portable oxygen concentrators (POCs)., • Provide thorough instruction to patients on the proper use of equipment and educate them on their respiratory disease management., • Set up ventilators for neonatal to adult patients, perform monthly service checks, and coordinate care with local hospitals and referring providers., • Schedule all patient equipment setups, follow-up visits, mask refitting's, and related appointments., • Maintain detailed and accurate call logs, documenting all phone communications, attempted contacts, and scheduled appointments., • Offer comprehensive education to patients on the use of all respiratory equipment to ensure understanding and proper usage., • Accurately enter patient data into compliance tracking systems., • Monitor patient progress and proactively support efforts to improve therapy adherence and overall compliance.
