1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager, Enterprise Gifting to join our Enterprise team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven B2B sales professional who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and turning new opportunities into long-term business partnerships. \n \n This is a growth-focused, hunter-oriented role with a strong emphasis on acquiring new business while also developing and expanding existing enterprise relationships. The Key Account Manager will work with organizations to build scalable corporate gifting programs leveraging the 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. family of brands. \n \n What You'll Do \n\n • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new B2B and enterprise business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, events, social selling, and other business development activities.\n, • Identify and engage key decision-makers within prospective customer organizations and develop strategies to convert opportunities into new business.\n, • Own the sales process from initial outreach and discovery through presentations, proposals, negotiations, close, and onboarding coordination.\n, • Develop and grow relationships with existing enterprise partners while identifying opportunities to expand their business across additional gifting occasions, programs, and brands.\n, • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and develop corporate gifting solutions that support employee recognition, customer appreciation, loyalty, incentives, events, milestones, and other business initiatives.\n, • Build relationships with stakeholders across Human Resources, Employee Experience, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and executive leadership.\n, • Deliver compelling presentations, platform demonstrations, proposals, and business cases that communicate value and support the customer's business objectives.\n, • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes that may include procurement, finance, legal, information security, and executive decision-makers.\n, • Negotiate pricing, terms, program commitments, and commercial arrangements.\n, • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, next steps, and forecasting within Salesforce.\n, • Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, pipeline, and growth goals.\n, • Travel approximately 25% for customer and prospect meetings, trade shows, industry events, and other business needs.\n\n \n What We're Looking For \n\n • 3–5+ years of relevant sales experience, ideally within B2B, enterprise sales, business development, key account management, or a related environment.\n, • Demonstrated success generating new business and growing existing customer relationships.\n, • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to independently prospect and develop net-new opportunities.\n, • Understanding of the B2B and enterprise sales landscape and experience working toward measurable sales goals.\n, • Ability to establish credibility and build relationships with key stakeholders and senior decision-makers.\n, • Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.\n, • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of sales performance, pipeline, and business metrics.\n, • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.\n, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and relationships simultaneously.\n, • Comfortable collaborating across teams while maintaining ownership of individual sales results.\n, • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% based on business needs.\n\n \n Preferred Qualifications \n\n • Experience with corporate gifting, employee recognition, incentives, rewards, e-commerce, enterprise platforms, procurement solutions, or related B2B services.\n, • Experience selling to or partnering with HR, Employee Experience, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, or Operations teams.\n, • Familiarity with procurement processes, eProcurement, or punchout integrations.\n, • Experience navigating complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and internal approval processes.\n\n \n Who You'll Be \n You're energized by finding opportunities that don't exist yet.
