This position is ideal for someone with experience in residential and commercial paving who can handle projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Excavate and remove existing surfaces such as dirt, asphalt, or concrete. Prepare the sub-base: install, level, and compact crushed stone or gravel. Ensure accurate grading and leveling for long-term structural integrity. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support and maintain our packaging equipment and related machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will play a critical role in minimizing downtime, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of all production line equipment. Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role in a manufacturing or packaging environment. Proven experience working with high-speed packaging machines (e.g., wrappers, fillers, labelers, cartoners, conveyors, etc.). Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, packaging machinery and motors. Solid understanding of basic industrial electrical systems (24VDC, 120/240VAC), sensors, relays, and PLCs (basic troubleshooting, not programming). Ability to read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Familiarity with machinery control systems and parts such as photoelectric eye sensors Ability to lift and move heavy equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency. High school diploma or GED required; Technical school certification or associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Technology preferred. Experience Preferred. Experience using CMMS systems (e.g., eMaint, Fiix, or similar). Familiarity with OSHA, GMP, and FDA manufacturing environments. Basic fabrication skills (welding, machining) a plus.

Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas. Clean and sanitize food prep surfaces and storage areas as directed. Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries and inventory. Restock kitchen supplies and assist culinary team as needed. Follow all sanitation and safety procedures in compliance with health codes. Report any maintenance or equipment issues to supervisor immediately. Support other team members with tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operation. Qualifications: Previous experience in a kitchen, dishwashing, or porter role preferred but not required.
