Occasionally must get up on the table to ensure the alignment is in place., • Operator is then ready to start the burning process which could take up to 2-1/2 hours; during this entire process, the operator must walk beside the moving machine to ensure quality/safe operations, • Must be able to read and follow all cut/nest sheets correctly and ensure that they are working with the correct grades, alloys, and sizes before making any cuts on the material, • Mark all cut parts with correct job numbers, heat numbers, and/or part numbers to ensure correct traceability, • Operators are tasked to palletize materials as required Additional Duties: • Report all maintenance issues to proper management.
