About the job: The Implementation Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, multi‑workstream technology implementations by establishing program governance, executing structured change management, and orchestrating technical and business readiness across teams and vendors. This role requires strong program management discipline, deep change management experience, and the ability to govern end‑to‑end implementation activities within a complex technology ecosystem. This is a hybrid role based in Tampa, FL. What you will do at Sogeti: • Establish and manage program‑level governance including program charter, scope, milestones, success metrics, steering cadence, and go/no‑go criteria., • Develop and maintain the program implementation plan, including integrated timelines, budget tracking, status reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies., • Lead change management planning and execution, including case for change, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, impact analysis, engagement strategies, and post go‑live reinforcement., • Drive discovery and design activities by coordinating workshops, defining process design principles, maintaining process inventories, and managing business requirements documentation., • Govern implementation execution by orchestrating cross‑functional technical teams and vendors across solution configuration, integrations, issue management, and testing readiness., • Plan and oversee SIT and UAT activities, including test strategy, test plans, data mapping, environments, execution tracking, and results validation., • Lead deployment and transition readiness, including pilot cutover planning, parallel operations, hypercare support, and deployment playbooks covering hardware, logistics, installation, and stabilization. What you will bring: • Strong experience leading enterprise‑level programs with emphasis on program governance, change management, and implementation delivery., • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment across business, technical, and vendor teams., • Experience governing technology implementations with structured testing, deployment, and transition methodologies., • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear execution plans., • Experience in retail or restaurant technology ecosystems preferred. Education: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $90,000 - $120,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
