Job Summary: The Customer Success Advisor (CSA) serves as the internal owner of customer success for an assigned territory. This role is responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, successfully onboarding new customers, and driving retention and revenue growth through disciplined account management. The CSA partners closely with field sales to influence execution, resolve challenges, and ensure customers consistently execute Calico Cottage programs and Critical Success Factors (CSFs). Success is measured by customer retention, territory sales performance, and long-term revenue growth. Responsibilities: Account Management & Customer Growth: • Serve as the primary internal account manager and point of contact for assigned customers., • Maintain proactive and documented customer engagement., • Process and manage customer orders accurately and on time., • Monitor purchasing trends, performance metrics, and engagement levels., • Identify at-risk or inactive accounts and develop recovery plans., • Partner with field sales to execute growth strategies., • Resolve service and operational issues promptly., • Own onboarding and launch of new customers within the territory., • Ensure proper setup, training, and program execution readiness., • Monitor early purchasing behavior and performance milestones., • Address onboarding challenges and escalate when necessary., • Own performance against assigned territory sales budget., • Analyze territory trends, risks, and growth opportunities., • Partner with field sales to align priorities and strategies., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred., • 3–5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or retail support., • Strong communication and relationship-building skills., • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail., • Ability to analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities. Salary Range: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour, plus commission potential.
