About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Corporate Finance team as an Associate, Capital Markets and Capital Formation. In this critical role, you will be effectively managing the company's financial structure by determining where we source our capital and how we strategically deploy it. This role requires a unique blend of financial structuring expertise, capital allocation discipline, and world-class relationship management to secure and optimize the financing essential for our high-growth initiatives. This role will be required being based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. What You'll Be Working On: * Capital Formation & Transaction Execution * Financing Strategy: Support the development and execution of the company's capital strategy across various financing avenues, including debt facilities, asset-backed securitizations, private placements, and corporate credit lines. * Transaction Lead: Act as a key execution team member on new debt and equity issuances, coordinating due diligence, managing legal documentation, and overseeing the closing process. * Financial Modeling: Build, maintain, and stress-test complex financial models to evaluate new financing proposals, analyze pricing, and assess the impact of different capital structures on the balance sheet and overall cost of capital. * Market Intelligence: Monitor global debt and equity capital markets, interest rate environments, and peer company financing activity to inform and shape internal strategy. * Relationship Management & Investor Relations * Create and maintain key relationships across the banking and buy-side community. Attend relevant conferences and events to establish strong ties into the capital markets. Lender and Investor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, high-touch relationships with commercial banks, investment banks, institutional investors, credit rating agencies, and financial partners. * External Representation: Prepare high-quality, professional marketing materials (pitch books, deal teasers, investor presentations) to articulate the company's financial story and financing needs to external capital providers. * Negotiation Support: Assist senior management in term sheet negotiations and structuring discussions with capital partners. * Internal Capital Allocation & Treasury * "Internal Bank" Function: Work closely with treasury and broader finance organizations in order to help manage capital flows and capital availability for new projects (e.g., Corporate Development, Operations, and Business Units) as well as understanding and evaluating internal capital requests, applying a rigorous, return-focused allocation framework. * Liquidity & Risk Management: Support the Treasury function by analyzing short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, monitoring liquidity levels, and managing interest rate and foreign exchange risk exposures. * Reporting and Research: create and distribute internal research papers for executive leadership and the Board of Directors on market activity, peer financings and their pricing, as well as important precedent transaction summaries. What You'll Bring to the Team: * 5+ years of professional experience gained at a large investment bank, commercial bank, or a highly active corporate treasury/capital markets group. * Direct experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, or Commercial/Corporate Banking is highly preferred. * Proven track record of managing and contributing to the execution of complex financing transactions. * Exceptional financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills; expertise in MS Excel is mandatory. * Demonstrated relationship management skills and professional demeanor, with the ability to build immediate credibility with senior internal leaders and external capital partners. * Superior presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal) for articulating complex financial concepts to diverse audiences. * A high degree of intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field. CFA designation or candidate is a plus. Benefits: * About the Role: The Revenue Enablement Manager (Multimedia & Content) will work at the intersection of Sales, Product, and AI Infrastructure to build the foundational programs, content, and tools that enable Crusoe’s go-to-market teams to sell our AI-first cloud and infrastructure solutions effectively. This role is a "creative doer" position designed for someone who is technically astute and obsessed with high-quality production. You will be responsible for translating complex technical concepts—including AI, cloud architecture, and networking—into clear, compelling, and visually engaging enablement assets for Account Executives and Sales Engineers. This role reports to the Director of Revenue Enablement and plays a critical role in shaping Crusoe’s GTM learning strategy through modern, multimedia storytelling. What You’ll Be Working On: * Translate Technical Complexity into Revenue-Ready Enablement: Meet regularly with AI/ML engineers and product managers to uncover architectures and data flows, turning raw technical input into "show-stopping" field materials including talk tracks, explainers, and interactive visuals. * Build and Help Run GTM Onboarding: Assist in designing and delivering end-to-end onboarding programs, developing learning paths and assessments that help new hires ramp quickly and confidently. * Rapid Multimedia Content Production: Produce sales-ready content across formats including "TikTok-style" explainers, podcasts, micro-learning modules, and recorded webinars. * Modern AI & Design Integration: Use modern AI tools (e.g., Descript, Runway, Synthesia) and design suites to accelerate content creation, expertly animate presentations, and push Google Workspace products to their creative limits. * Curate and Scale the Knowledge Base: Maintain the internal sales website/Google Sites, or Confluence, managing a library of enablement assets to ensure the field has easy, organized access to the latest tools, templates, content. * Support High-Stakes Revenue Motions: Partner with RevOps and Product Marketing to build campaign toolkits, competitive battle cards, and proposal templates. * GTM Communications & Events: Develop regular field communications (newsletters, emails) and act as a major contributor to sales conferences by helping produce the "show". What You’ll Bring to the Team: * 2–4+ years of experience in revenue / sales enablement, instructional design, multimedia production, or a related content-driven role. * Technical Aptitude: Experience supporting technical or infrastructure products (cloud, AI, networking, security, storage, or complex B2B technology) * Production Skillset: Proficiency in video/audio editing software (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or similar) and graphic design programs.
