OVERVIEW We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Brand Activation & Partnerships to lead and scale a fast-growing, high-impact revenue channel. This role is critical to transforming partner demand into structured, premium, and repeatable activations that drive brand recognition, social engagement, and measurable revenue. You will be the primary leader of partner-funded initiatives, managing a recurring calendar of activations across influencer programs, retail, and social channels, while ensuring strategic impact, category leadership, and operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Partner-Funded Activations & Revenue Leadership, • Establish and operate a recurring, multi-year calendar of partner-funded activations., • Build tiered, repeatable offerings across but not limited to:, • Influencer events & seeding, • TikTok / social sampling programs, • Retail activations, • Custom brand moments, • Develop pricing frameworks and strategies to maximize partner investment and company revenue., • End-to-End Activation Oversight, • Lead the full lifecycle: concept → brand buy-in → execution → reporting., • Manage internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver activations at a premium, best-in-class level., • Embed social discovery and community-led selling into activations to amplify engagement and impact., • Brand Relationship & Platform Leadership, • Serve as the primary contact for key brand partners, driving renewals, upsells, and long-term relationships., • Position the platform as a destination for both industry and consumer recognition, ensuring all activations reinforce category leadership and premium brand positioning., • Act as a thought partner to internal stakeholders on strategic opportunities for brand-funded initiatives., • Measurement, Reporting & Optimization, • Define KPIs and track performance for all partner-funded activations., • Translate results into ROI narratives, case studies, and recommendations for partners and internal teams., • Continuously optimize programs to improve impact, scale, and efficiency., • Generate traffic towards fragrance.com and ultimately conversion + build a community for the fragrance.com end-consumers. QUALIFICATIONS: • 7-10+ years in brand partnerships, retail media, beauty/CPG activations, or senior account management at an influencer or experiential agency., • Demonstrated experience at or with major beauty retailers (Sephora, Ulta, etc.) or prestige/mass beauty brands., • Proven track record managing high-value, multi-channel partner programs from pitch through performance reporting., • Comfortable owning revenue targets and partner budgets. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: • Strong commercial acumen and comfort owning revenue/partner budgets., • Ability to structure and package activations strategically., • Exceptional project management, operational rigor, and attention to detail., • Confident and persuasive stakeholder management (internal + external)., • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
