Responsibilities: • Assess, plan, delegate, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a patient group, serving as primary or accountable nurse as assigned, • Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease management using available resources, • Safely administer medications with sound pharmacological knowledge per organizational policy, • Share responsibility for productivity and efficient resource use, including staffing and supplies, • Comply with all nursing practice standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, • Participate actively in Nursing Shared Governance by supporting unit initiatives and peer review, • Engage in professional development, continuing education, and complete all mandatory trainings, • Integrate nursing research and evidence-based practices into patient care, • Provide support and learning opportunities for new employees and students, • Current RN licensure and adherence to state nursing practice acts, • Strong clinical knowledge including medication administration, • Ability to coordinate comprehensive care with a patient-centered approach, • Commitment to ongoing professional growth Compensation for this position ranges from $26.59 to $50.00.
