Job Description Position Summary: Provide a wide range of administrative and office support to facilitate the efficient operation of the executive team member RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails, • Calendar administration including scheduling and coordination of meeting arrangements for the executive team member, • Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules, administer minutes, • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, • Process document photocopying, faxing and mailing, • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system as directed, • Handle requests for information and data, • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries, • Maintain office supply inventories, • Make travel arrangements if needed, • Min 2 years college degree and 5 years of related work experience, • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software, • Expert in Microsoft office applications, • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment., • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping, • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
