Delinquency Monitoring & Collections Support • Request site inspections for loans that are more than 45 days past due., • Conduct follow-ups on delinquent loans to resolve payment issues and ensure compliance with collection guidelines., • Coordinate with borrowers, attorneys, and internal departments to cure past due loans., • Track late fees and miscellaneous fees and verify accurate posting and reconciliation.
