Job DescriptionBenefits: The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a diesel truck shop environment and be capable of managing technicians, controlling workflow, and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced repair facility. This is a leadership role responsible for shop efficiency, technician performance, and job turnaround. Key Responsibilities Manage daily shop operations and technician workflow Dispatch technicians and prioritize repair jobs Ensure every truck has a proper work order before work begins Monitor technician productivity and job turnaround time Ensure repairs are completed correctly and efficiently Maintain quality control before trucks leave the shop Coordinate with office staff regarding parts and scheduling Maintain shop organization, safety, and efficiency Support technicians with troubleshooting when needed Maintain strong communication with customers and staff Requirements Minimum 58 years experience in a diesel truck repair shop Previous experience as Shop Manager, Foreman Strong understanding of heavy-duty truck systems and electrical diagnostics Ability to manage technicians and maintain productivity Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment Schedule Monday Friday 8:00 AM 6:00 PM Saturday 7AM - 3PM Applicants without diesel truck shop experience will not be considered.
