Documentation, Compliance, & Operational Efficiency Maintaining audit-ready documentation by reviewing and validating all legal and credit documents (mortgage notes, underwriting, leases) for completeness and accuracy prior to report finalization. • Review legal & credit documents including mortgage notes, loan underwriting, appraisals, and lease agreements. Ensuring a high degree of compliance by adhering to all internal policies, procedures, and external regulations with zero major compliance exceptions during the review process. • Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures. Driving process efficiency by effectively utilizing internal banking systems and databases to resolve potential data discrepancies and support team workflow. • Utilize internal bank systems and databases to resolve any potential discrepancies. Supporting seamless team operations by actively and consistently collaborating with colleagues, property managers, and external contacts to secure necessary information on time. • Communicate with Borrowers, Property Managers, Accountants, and other departments for the timely receipt of financial statements. Minimum Qualifications & Foundational Requirements • Experience: 1-3 years of banking and/or financial services experience in commercial real estate loan review, credit analysis, or underwriting preferred., • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance or related field preferred., • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, financial modeling), Word, and Outlook. Experience with banking programs/applications is a plus.
