Job Description JOB DEFINITION: To provided clinical leadership, supervision and coordination of nursing services within the Intensive Crisis Stabilization Center. To oversee nursing staff on shift, manage critical incidents, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize and support individuals in crisis, in addition to providing crisis services.
