This individual will be responsible for: * Monitoring patron behavior and level of intoxication * Enforcing club rules often with early warnings. * Removing any obnoxious and offensive persons. * Always being professional when asking patrons to leave. * Working primarily inside with all security team * Handling frequent training about the use of force and limitations. * Frequently practice and scenario drills working as a team. * Must control over-crowding club intensity inside. * Must control the over-service of alcoholic drinks before they go out the door * Fight prevention, crowd control, validating identification at door, delegating duties to other security personnel. * Deterring disorderly conduct through strong communication skills and visual observation by using deescalation tools trained by the head of security. * Respond to medical emergencies to provide first aid, CPR or support as needed until medical personnel arrive. * Communicate with the director of security and management personnel regarding issues and or situations occurring within the hours of operation, via both written and verbal communication methods.
