Job Description Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant and fixed-prosthesis center, is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at our office in Westbury, NY. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. Our top priority is the satisfaction and well-being of our patients. An ideal candidate has experience with practicing independently and with nasal intubations, however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Our CRNAs are respected leaders in the Center, which has a positive, engaging culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work autonomously in partnership with the Oral Surgeon. This position is PRN Report at 6:30 - First surgery starting at 7am 1099- contractor Details: • Great work life balance, • PRN to cover vacation weeks, • Predictable Mon-Thursday schedule, • No Nights/Weekends/Call/Holidays, • All CRNA Practice, • Independent practice, 1099, • 100% autonomy, • Daily guarantee (whether you work or not), • Hourly rate: starts at $275 per hr (we are nationwide, the rates are negotiated based on location, market, etc.), • Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, • Valid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), • Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross., • Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance., • Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office based setting, • Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans, • Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines, • Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks, • Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events Our team members are as diverse as the patients we serve, building special connections with our patients throughout their journey with us is one of the many benefits of this position.
