Qualifications * Education: * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field (required). * Associate’s degree with equivalent work experience may be considered. * Experience: * Minimum 2–3 years of experience supporting healthcare information systems, with emphasis on billing operations. * Hands-on experience with Epic Resolute or similar systems preferred. * Certification: * Epic certification in Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) or Professional Billing (PB) highly preferred. * Willingness to obtain Epic certification within 6 months of hire, if not already certified. * Technical Proficiency: * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). * Experience with ticketing systems, project management tools, and data analysis/reporting tools.
