Job Description Job Summary SpringHill Suites by Marriott Woodbridge is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Coordinator to support the hotel’s sales operations. This role will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities and contributing to overall revenue growth. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, • Respond to client inquiries and assist with group bookings and coordination, • Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports, • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation, • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication for the sales team, • Monitor booking activity and support revenue goals, • Ensure all sales systems and tools are updated and functioning effectively, • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, • 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, sales support, or administrative role, • Prior hotel experience preferred (Marriott experience is a plus), • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), • Strong attention to detail, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience), • Growth opportunities within Marriott and Garnet Hotels, • Supportive team environment
