What You'll Do • Own the CEO's world — manage a complex calendar, coordinate meetings, orchestrate daily logistics, and ensure every hour is optimized with precision and foresight, • Make travel seamless — arrange domestic travel, build detailed itineraries, and handle logistics end-to-end (light travel required approximately twice per year), • Keep meetings productive — prepare agendas, capture detailed notes, track action items, and hold stakeholders accountable to follow-through, • Be the voice in the room — draft and manage professional correspondence, documents, and internal communications on the CEO's behalf, • Protect the CEO's time — serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal teams, partners, investors, and external stakeholders, • Stay five steps ahead — anticipate shifting priorities, solve problems independently, and adapt quickly as business needs evolve, • Grow with us — take on increasing responsibility for special projects and strategic initiatives as the company scales What You Bring • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Professional supporting C-suite or senior leadership, • A bachelor's degree (preferred) and a track record of operating at the highest levels of professionalism, • Exceptional organizational skills — you're the kind of person who builds the system and then works it flawlessly, • The ability to manage competing priorities, make sound judgment calls, and stay calm when things move fast, • A natural ease with ambiguity, startup energy excites you, not intimidates you, • Unwavering discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information, • Polished written and verbal communication skills Why You'll Want to Be Here • High-impact, high-visibility work — you'll have direct access to executive leadership and influence on how the company operates, • Real growth potential — as we scale, this role scales with you, with a natural pathway toward a Chief of Staff function, • A company on the rise — backed by private investment and growing fast, this is the kind of opportunity that doesn't come along often, • A dynamic, entrepreneurial culture — smart, driven people who move quickly, think big, and support each other
