Qualifications * Associate’s degree or coursework in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). * Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addresses, firewalls, VPNs, DNS). * Familiarity with common cybersecurity threats (phishing, malware, brute force attacks). * Knowledge of or exposure to monitoring tools or SIEM platforms a plus. * Strong communication and documentation skills.
