Job Description PARAPROFESSIONAL – Middlesex County, NJ Are you currently looking for work for this upcoming school year? Horizon Staffing’s upcoming opportunities in Middlesex County, NJ might be right for you! Horizon Staffing Resources is seeking a qualified bilingual paraprofessional in Middlesex County, NJ for on-going coverage for the 2025-2026 school year. The paraprofessional work individually with one student to assist in academics, school navigation, and any other related tasks. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Hours/Schedule • Schedule: Monday through Friday, • Provide instructional reinforcement for students, • Attend to student's physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs, • Support students with special needs by following provisions specified in their IEPs/504 Plans, • Assist with administrative duties such as setting up equipment and preparing materials, • Assist teacher with classroom management and general supervision of the class as needed, • Bilingual in English/Spanish required, • Previous experience with childcare preferred, • Excellent communication skills and ability to understand child’s needs, • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or 60 credits required, • High School Diploma WITH ETS ParaPro passing grade; or, • An Associate’s Degree or higher; or, • 60 completed credits from an institution of higher learningCompany DescriptionHorizon Staffing Resources is a leading staffing agency specializing in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding job opportunities.
