Facilities Support & Maintenance • Perform minor repairs (e.g., plumbing, carpentry), painting, and general upkeep., • Ensure equipment and supplies are used and maintained properly to support workplace safety. Team Collaboration & Store Operations • Collaborate with the Visual and Sales teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience., • Follow standard operating procedures and promote accountability and teamwork., • Support store initiatives, special events (e.g., VIP visits, Grand Openings), and regional support as needed. Schedule Expectations • Standard schedule: 30 hours/week; flexible to include weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak periods., • Availability to travel to assist regional stores as needed.
