Job Description Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. As you build a relationship with children and their families, your work will directly contribute to their growth, development, and improved quality of life. Responsibilities Your responsibilities as a Behavior Technician at Lighthouse will include the following: • Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)., • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children, following individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs., • Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive and structured environment., • Foster a positive and engaging therapeutic relationship with clients, promoting their independence and well-being., • Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes., • Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team members to review progress, address concerns, and modify treatment plans as necessary., • Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers, providing updates on therapy goals, progress, and strategies for generalization of skills to the home setting., • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and data collection., • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in ABA therapy.     We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Programmer to design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain programmable logic controller (PLC) systems used in industrial automation and manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and problem-solving skills and experience working with automated machinery and control systems. Responsibilities: Develop, program, and modify PLC control systems for machinery and automated equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose PLC, electrical, and automation system issues. Install, configure, test, and commission PLC-based control systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings. Integrate PLCs with HMIs, sensors, motors, drives, and other automation equipment. Perform system testing and make necessary programming adjustments. Conduct preventive maintenance and support equipment upgrades. Identify and resolve equipment downtime and control-system problems. Document PLC programs, system configurations, modifications, and troubleshooting procedures. Work closely with electricians, engineers, maintenance teams, and other technical staff. Follow company safety procedures and industry standards. Provide technical support and training to operators or maintenance personnel as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience as a PLC Programmer, Controls Technician, Automation Technician, or similar role. Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation. Experience with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Omron is a plus. Knowledge of HMI systems, VFDs, sensors, motors, and industrial control systems. Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail and ability to work independently. Engineering or technical degree/certification is preferred but not always required. Willingness to work flexible hours or respond to equipment issues when necessary.
