We are seeking a Hemodialysis Nurse Educator to join our team of experienced professionals to educate and train staff, both in the field and on the unit, to enable them to carry out their clinical home therapies job responsibilities in a compassionate, complete and efficient manner. You will act both in a leadership capacity, as well as a consultant, aiding the Interdisciplinary Team in attaining and maintaining optimum quality and appropriateness of care in accordance with standards of practice, performance, and state and federal requirements. As the Home Dialysis Trainer and Educator, you will be an integral part of the team, with the opportunity to train staff on the nursing care processes for Home Therapies, and will be assigned to meet the staff training needs.
