Learn more at You'll Do: The DC Program and Cost Management team is the operational planning team responsible for the program and cost management across the entire lifecycle of CoreWeave's data centers, ensuring strategic program objectives are translated into successful outcomes and the cost structure of building and managing data centers is optimized. About the role: As a DC Ops Cost Manager, you will own and manage data center construction cost planning, forecasting, and control processes from feasibility through final closeout. Your key responsibilities will include • Lead pre-construction budgeting and detailed cost modeling to optimize capital efficiency., • Implement and enforce financial controls and leadership reporting mechanisms., • Develop and maintain program-level cost forecasts across multiple projects and regions., • Provide cost estimates and commercial risk assessments to inform location strategy and investment decisions., • Benchmark construction costs, escalation trends, and market rates across regions to maintain current cost intelligence., • Manage internal cost control resources and external cost consultants to ensure consistency and excellence.Who You Are:, • 7+ years of experience in Cost management, Construction cost planning, and analysis., • 5+ years of hands-on experience with data center deployment, infrastructure project implementation, or cost management in a data center environment., • Demonstrated deep expertise in Cost management, Construction cost planning, and analysis., • Proven hands-on experience or deep familiarity with data center deployment, infrastructure project implementation, or cost management within a data center environment., • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience., • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the essential ability to perform insightful analysis and deep dives into cost drivers for executive decision support.Preferred:, • Experience with Data Center Infrastructure and GPU-based technologies., • You love coordinating and executing complex, multi-team technology and operational initiatives., • You're curious about interpreting technical data, mapping workflows, and driving continuous process improvements., • Be Curious at Your Core, • Act Like an Owner, • Empower Employees, • Deliver Best-in-Class Client Experiences The base salary range for this role is $157,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
