Job Description Position: Administration Support Professional 1 – Part Time Location: Ronkonkoma, NY Rate of Pay: $22.00 Per Hour Hours: 20 hours per week Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-12:00pm or 9:00am-1:00pm Position Summary: The Administrative Support Professional provides a wide range of administrative and direct service support, including data entry, report compilation, basic bookkeeping, general office duties, and receptionist coverage. This role also supports the daily operations of a human services office serving adults with diverse disabilities. The position requires frequent use of the Credible electronic health record system to ensure accurate documentation, quality assurance, and compliance. Qualifications: • High School diploma or GED required, plus at least one (1) year of related experience, • Experience with Microsoft Excel, basic accounting, internet use, email, and general office procedures, • Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and data, • Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, • First Aid/CPR certification preferred (training provided if needed), • Technology-savvy, with the ability to learn and effectively use electronic health record systems (Credible experience a plus), • Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry, email, and internet navigation, • Ability to learn and effectively use the organization’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required, • Must have access to a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel throughout the region to residential settings, workplaces, offices, and community organizations “Viability values our employees and the talents that they bring with them every day.
