Qualifications: • The ideal candidate will also be proficient at setting up and operating basic audio-visual components, be able to troubleshoot and correct operational glitches., • Must have experience with “live events” – trade shows, corporate meetings, and conferences., • Must have a “can-do" attitude, strong customer service focus, and effective communication and people interaction skills as this position interacts directly with our customers., • Requires the ability to think and work independently, meet deadlines, and have extreme attention to detail, while working as a member of a team., • Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive company vehicles to area venues for client events., • Requires loading/unloading of company vehicles. Must be able to lift 50 pounds., • As our clients’ events are held seven days a week, some overtime, weekends, and overnight travel is required., • A desire to continually improve performance and take service to the next level is vital.
