Job Description Physical Therapy Aide / Office Support (Part-Time)-Flexible hours with potential for full time. AASK Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Mainly for South Plainfield & expand to East Brunswick if needed. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and bilingual Spanish-speaking support staff to help support daily operations in our outpatient physical therapy clinic. Most scheduling, insurance verification, and major admin work are handled remotely by the manager. This role focuses on routine in-clinic support such as phone calls, scanning, faxing, filing, organizing documents, assisting patients, helping maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, and supporting therapists on the floor as needed as aide. Qualifications: * Bilingual Spanish -Mandatory * Healthcare or medical office experience preferred * Knowledge with basic computer tech and Google spreadsheets and MS office mandatory. * Organized, dependable, and quick to learn * Friendly and professional with patients and staff * Pre-PT, Healthcare Administration, and healthcare-related students are welcome to apply * Experience or skill in any form of marketing will give the candidate priority and for longterm and full time options. Part-time to begin with and $12–$15/hour depending on experience and potential to grow. Referral Bonuses are additional.
