Job Description This Isn’t a Job. It’s a Launchpad. Most PT job ads promise “great culture” and “competitive pay.” Then you show up and you’re treating 20+ patients a day with an aide doing half the work while someone else builds wealth off your clinical skills. This is different. Spectrum Therapeutics is a high-performance, boutique physical therapy practice built on one principle: the PT treats every patient, every time. No aides. No handoffs. No volume-driven chaos. We get results in weeks, not months — and patients and physicians notice. Now we’re expanding. And we’re looking for one exceptional PT who doesn’t just want a paycheck — who wants to own something. What We’re Actually Offering Year 1 — Master the Model • Learn how a solo-practitioner clinic generates premium revenue without burning out, • Treat patients one-on-one with 45–60 minute sessions (you’ll remember why you got into this field), • Learn efficient multi-patient scheduling that doesn’t compromise care quality, • Get mentored by a DPT with 25+ years who built this from scratch — the clinical AND the business side, • Earn $85K–$95K base + performance bonuses tied to outcomes and patient retention Year 2–3 — Step Into Leadership • Take the lead on your own caseload and build your patient base, • Learn the business operations: scheduling, billing, marketing, physician relationships, • Begin earning equity or profit-sharing based on clear, pre-agreed performance milestones, • Help launch our second location (Bergen County) — with you at the helm Year 3–5 — Partnership • Vesting equity stake in the practice (structured, transparent, performance-based), • Potential to co-own or independently operate a Spectrum Therapeutics location This is not a 9-to-5 role with zero accountability. This is for someone who wants to build real wealth and professional independence through clinical excellence and business ownership. That means: • You’ll work evening hours (our patients are busy professionals who train hard and need after-work availability), • You’ll be expected to treat efficiently — not slowly, not sloppily, but with the kind of focused intensity that gets results fast, • You’ll learn to manage a real business, not just clock in and chart Who You Are Clinically: • Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey (or license-eligible), • DPT preferred; 2–7 years of outpatient orthopedic experience ideal, • Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills, • Evidence-based practitioner who stays current with research Personally: • Entrepreneurial mindset — you think about building, not just doing, • Willing to work hard now so you can own something later, • You take ownership. No excuses. No finger-pointing., • Coachable but not passive — you have ideas and you speak up, • You want to be known as the best in your area, not just employed in it What You Won’t Find Here • A revolving door of aides treating your patients, • Pressure to double-book or triple-book, • Corporate bureaucracy or meaningless productivity metrics, • A ceiling on your earning potential or career growth Compensation & Benefits • $85,000–$95,000 base salary (commensurate with experience), • Performance bonuses tied to patient outcomes, retention, and reviews, • Structured equity/profit-sharing path beginning Year 2 (documented, milestone-based), • Continuing education support (CEUs, specialty certifications), • Mentorship in clinical excellence AND business operations, • A clear, written partnership roadmap — not a vague “maybe someday”
