Assist in developing and implementing strategies to meet sales and service goals while maintaining a safe and sound operation in each location., • Implement and monitor sales and cross-selling programs to continue to improve products per member while ensuring members are advised of the best products and services to best fit their financial needs., • Ensure premier member service standards are being met within the branch at all times., • Responsible for branch scheduling to ensure proper resources are allocated to functions necessary to ensure an effective and efficient flow of member traffic., • Responsible for an effective and efficient operation within the branch, including vault oversight, cash levels, security of negotiable instruments, teller drawers and limits, member documentation, etc., • Ensure operations within the branch are consistently applied within policy/procedure as well as rules and regulations; maintain a clean, safe and sound operation within the branch., • Conduct required in-branch audits weekly and monthly to ensure compliance with policies/procedures and rules and regulations., • Respond timely to audits with effective action plans to ensure ongoing safety and soundness., • Ensure dual control is implemented and followed at all times; manage overall cash position for the branch while limiting excess cash and overall expense., • Comply with BSA and SAR requirements and ensure branch staff do the same., • Ensure proper disclosures, marketing materials, etc. are readily available for staff to utilize., • Review and analyze branch reports and activities, including income generation, production goals and results, expense items, audits, etc. in order to successfully meet / exceed branch requirements, goals and objectives. Utilize tools and reports to analyze, identify and strategically address member trends within the branch., • Actively spend quality time within your staff for ongoing coaching and development of branch staff; drive sales and service activities such as branch sales strategy meetings, business development and community events, ongoing branch meetings, etc., • Assist in the management and oversight of staffing and administrative functions of your branch including succession plans, career plans, performance reviews, coaching and counseling documentation, promotions, and all human resources decisions for the branch. Ensure timely execution of all required documentation., • Recommend changes to management help improve the overall branch operation and member service., • Assist staff with member escalations., • Travel and work at other branch locations as required., • Other duties as assigned. Requirements • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a retail leadership role, • Minimum 5 years’ experience branch banking required, • Proven results in sales, service and operations including meeting or exceeding set objectives, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Excellent organizational skills, • Must be able to work under pressure and be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, • Highly ethical. Job DescriptionSalary: $23.75/hr, paid weekly Hours of Work: A typical workday is approximately 10 hours. You can plan on working about 4-5 days a week. Must be flexible. Main Purpose of Job: This is a key customer-facing role, reliably and respectfully representing the company, ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients. The Delivery Associate, as a field representative of the company, must be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with excellent experience, every time. The Delivery Associate drives a Sprinter-type vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) under 10,000 pounds to deliver parcels up to 70 pounds, safely, and efficiently to designated locations within Nassau and Queens within a set timeframe. Essential Job Functions: • Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less, • Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long, • Must have good vision, with or without reasonable accommodation, to see details at a distance and up close, • Capacity to frequently shift back and forth between two or more activities or sources of information for up to 12 hours per day, • Capability to quickly respond to changing traffic and weather conditions, • Must be able to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted, • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes up to 70 pounds each, with or without reasonable accommodation, • Capability to operate technology such as handheld devices, software programs, and navigation guides, • Skilled in time-management and communication via written, oral, and listening to understand and be understood Role Responsibilities: • Drive a delivery van to drop off packages to customers within our operating community, • Follow strict safety standards, on and off the road, • Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner, • Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles, • Load, sort, and prepare a delivery route to meet customer promise, • Inspect your Company vehicle a minimum of twice daily to ensure safe operation, • Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times, • Assist other Delivery Team Members in completing deliveries to exceed customer expectation, • May assist in training other team members, • Communicates with customers by phone or text to alert to delivery arrival, • Maintains communication with management to be informed of any change of delivery, route, or schedule, • Informs management of any obstructions to making safe, efficient deliveries on time, • Managing the daily work plan, • Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record., • Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries., • Daily end of route de-brief and return of minimal undeliverable parcels, • Make safety a priority at all times, • Track and report working hours, • Adhere to company rules and regulations, • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Role Requirement: • A team player with a positive attitude, • Must be at least 21 years old, • Authorized to work in the United States, • Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment, • Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful, • Skilled and confident driver, • Comfortable maneuvering and parking a large vehicle, • Excellent customer service skills Note: This job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of Unified Empire Logistics, LLC.
