    OVERVIEW As a Front Desk Associate, you are the first point of contact for people when they enter the building. You will manage everyday operations—spanning inbound inventory, fleet logistics, vendor relations, and P&L accountability—while mentoring a high-performing operations team to achieve company growth targets. Core Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Fleet Logistics • Direct all day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, quality control, inventory management, picking, and staging., • Oversee outbound fleet logistics, ensuring optimal route design, Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance, and on-time delivery metrics., • Maintain a continuous improvement culture to maximize warehouse space and reduce cycle times. Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance • Enforce absolute compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, and local Department of Health regulations., • Guarantee the strict execution of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs)., • Act as the primary point of contact for all external facility audits and government inspections.
