Job Description POSITION OVERVIEW: A Prudential Center Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at The Prudential Center by securing the premises, controlling access, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents. Hourly non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
