Role Overview This role is responsible for final refinish quality, efficiency, and consistency. You’ll work in a structured production environment with proper repair planning, clean files, and strong support from the front office and management. Team Incentive Compensation This role also participates in a shared, team-based incentive program tied to overall shop performance. Incentives are based on delivered shop revenue, not individual sales or written estimates The incentive pool activates once delivered revenue exceeds $225,000 per month Payouts increase as shop performance improves Incentives are shared among front-office and production-support team members Designed to reward teamwork, consistency, and execution, not shortcuts Example Monthly Incentive Outcomes (Examples shown for illustration; individual payouts vary by role and team results) ~$275,000 delivered: $300–$500 per person ~$325,000 delivered: $600–$900 per person ~$375,000+ delivered: $1,000–$1,500+ per person Incentives are paid in addition to base compensation and align individual success with overall shop performance.
