Responsibilities include rotations in MICU, Progressive Care Unit, pulmonary and critical care consults, procedures and PFT interpretation. Familiarity with pigtail catheters, indwelling pleural catheters, EBUS, pleural biopsies, percutaneous tracheostomies and intubations is preferred but not required. In addition to inpatient care, responsibilities include serving Elmhurst's uniquely diverse patient population via outpatient pulmonary clinics.
