Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Melville, NY for an In-House Insurance Coverage Attorney – Property Claims. The attorney will: • Provide legal analysis and strategic support on complex property claims., • Conduct research and draft legal documents, opinions, and strategy memoranda., • Collaborate with adjusters, estimators, and outside counsel to strengthen case outcomes., • J.D. from an accredited law school., • Licensed attorney in New York (multi-state admission highly valued; additional jurisdictions a plus)., • 4+ years of experience in insurance coverage law or property damage litigation., • Strong legal research, writing, and policy interpretation skills., • Experience working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams., • Alignment with our mission of fighting for policyholders.
