Job DescriptionDescription: The Transactions team at Curbline Properties is looking for an Analyst in New York City who will provide financial and analytical support in the acquisition and disposition of retail properties. We need an Analyst comfortable operating behind the scenes and being in the trenches of underwriting a high volume of retail assets with a focus on improving portfolio quality. The Analyst will live and breathe in Excel and Argus daily to prepare and review financial projections, pricing analyses, and due diligence for asset acquisitions and dispositions. To thrive in this role, an Analyst must have prior commercial real estate underwriting and valuation experience with advanced working knowledge of Argus and Excel financial modeling. This position works a hybrid schedule in the NYC regional office Monday-Wednesday. During the initial 90-day onboarding period, it is encouraged to be onsite 4-5 days a week so you can get successfully orientated and trained in your new role. The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, geographical and industry market data, and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
