Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. Job Description JOB DEFINITION: The Facilities Associate will perform basic maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical and support services. Although he/she may occasionally have use of the Agency vehicles, he/she will mostly be required to use his/her personal vehicle and personal maintenance tools.
