OVERVIEW OF POSITION The Cultivation Advisor (CA) is an advanced field-based technical authority responsible for optimizing plant health, yield consistency, operational stability, and cost efficiency within licensed commercial cultivation facilities. Building upon the Systems Technician foundation, the CA is authorized to independently execute all field data collection and documentation responsibilities, interpret collected data, and deliver structured cultivation recommendations within Elevated's AgTech Program framework. The CA functions as an embedded agronomic partner — prioritizing service integrity, data continuity, and repeatable optimization processes over transactional engagement. All recommendations must be grounded in documented data, traceable within reporting systems, and aligned with ongoing optimization cycles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Advanced Facility Diagnostics • Execute all Systems Technician field responsibilities including plant tissue, water, runoff, nutrient, and pathogen sampling; equipment diagnostics and system validation; Eco-Innovators is a program for 9th - 12th graders that gives students access to environmental STEM learning and introduces them to NYC infrastructure and leaders as they work to invent creative projects that push the environmental resiliency movement forward in their own communities. Students make real change as they explore urban infrastructure and advocacy tools and learn techniques to help solve challenging environmental issues, including expanding green spaces, increasing recycling and reducing waste, and improving energy efficiency. City Parks Foundation seeks an experienced environmental educator with deep knowledge of and passion for environmental resiliency and community advocacy. Reporting to the Senior Manager of STEM Pathways, the successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in delivering instruction to and working with adolescents in a project-based, out-of-school time setting. WHAT YOU'LL DO At Thyme Care, physicians are central to how we care for people with cancer and other serious, chronic conditions. As a Complex Primary Care Physician, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to members with complex medical needs while also supporting the clinical strength of the broader care team. You'll work in a fully virtual, interdisciplinary model alongside Community Health Workers, Oncology Nurses, Social Workers, and Nurse Practitioners. Together, you'll help members address both clinical and social needs, and ensure care remains aligned with each member's goals. In this role, you will: • Provide virtual urgent or same-day clinical visits when needed, using sound clinical judgment and evidence-based care to guide assessment, triage, and next steps. You may work with a field-based community health worker to facilitate the telemedicine visit, • Conduct virtual post-discharge clinical visits, following evidence-based guidelines to ensure members transition safely to the outpatient setting.
