We are looking for energetic, passionate sales associates to join our retail team for an exciting new Store in Toms River NJ. You will assist our customers while ensuring exceptional customer service and a focus on driving sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and organized store environment Passionate in providing exemplary customer service, product knowledge and expertise to customers in retail stores Promote merchandise and handle customer inquiries Achieve personal and shop sales target Retrieve stocks for customers from the stockroom Maintain cleanliness of the retail floor Welcomes customers in a friendly and professional manner Responds to customers’ questions REQUIREMENTS: Entry-level are welcome to apply Previous retail experience a plus On Job Training will be provided ability to lift 25 pounds Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 28-35 per week Shift: Day shift/Evening shift Benefits: Employee discount Experience: Retail: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
