We treat complex and degenerative vision conditions using an integrative model combining Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Naturopathic therapies. Our patients often travel significant distances for care. Precision, professionalism, and reliability matter. Who This Role Is For We are looking for a steady, organized, and dependable professional to manage front desk operations and support daily clinic flow. This is not a passive receptionist role. It is an operations-driven position that keeps a high-performing clinic running smoothly. You should be: • Highly organized and detail-oriented, • Calm under pressure and able to multi-task, • Reliable and punctual, • Clear and professional in communication, • Comfortable handling volume without becoming overwhelmed, • Coachable and receptive to feedback Experience in hospitality, high-volume service, medical offices, or structured environments is strongly preferred. Responsibilities • Greet and check in patients professionally, • Manage scheduling and appointment flow, • Answer phones and respond to emails, • Process payments and maintain accurate records, • Coordinate daily clinic logistics, • Track inventory and restock supplies, • Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment Qualifications • Strong organizational skills, • Comfort with computers and scheduling systems, • Excellent verbal and written communication, • Ability to stay focused and composed during busy clinic hours, • Professional presence and accountability Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Operational maturity is required. Our shop has a steady flow with a few peak times, so we need someone who can work efficiently, stay productive, and take initiative even when it’s not busy. This role includes making drinks, helping with simple food items, packaging online orders, and keeping the shop stocked, clean, and running smoothly. Because many of our customers and team members speak Spanish, the ability to communicate in Spanish is required. Schedule Tuesdays: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursdays: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM This is a set, part‑time schedule to start. Additional hours may become available as the shop continues to grow, and summer months typically offer more opportunities for extra shifts. This role is ideal for someone who wants consistent mornings now with the potential for expanded hours later. Duties Prepare and serve coffee, teas, lemonades, horchata, and specialty drinks using our shop’s recipes Package DoorDash and other delivery platform orders quickly and accurately Operate the POS system to take orders and process payments Provide friendly, welcoming customer service to every guest Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish with customers and coworkers Assist with simple food prep when drink orders are slow Restock milks, horchata, syrups, cups, lids, and other supplies from the main fridge and storage areas Keep the bar area, counters, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized Stay productive during slower periods by completing side tasks (cleaning, organizing, restocking, prepping ingredients) Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Support the team with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks Qualifications Barista or food service experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person Must be able to speak and understand Spanish Ability to multitask and stay productive during both busy and slow periods Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy Comfortable using a POS system (training provided) Knowledge of food safety and proper handling is a plus Able to lift and restock items such as milk jugs and drink containers Reliable, punctual, and willing to help wherever needed Why Work With Us As a family‑owned shop, we value teamwork, respect, and a positive work environment.
