Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Associate to support and grow our sales presence within the Florida area. This individual will implement sales strategies, build dealer and contractor relationships, and represent MAX at job sites, events, and trade shows. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to territory development. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development * Visit jobsites to demonstrate MAX products directly to contractors with distributor involvement. * Seek out new distributor partners as needed within the territory. * Implement MAX sales programs and promotions, including RBU program. * Attend and support trade shows, industry events, and distributor open houses. * Cover other territories on an as-needed basis. Account Management * Maintain strong relationships with current dealers: * Train inside and outside sales staff on MAX products and features. * Merchandise retail locations using signage, point-of-purchase displays, stickers, and posters. * Identify key sales personnel to target for training and promotional efforts. * Conduct jobsite visits alongside customers to reinforce product value. * Ensure timely follow-up to customer requests. * Make bi-weekly calls to each key account. * Partner with Office Manager to assist with collections on past due accounts. Reporting & CRM Usage * Use CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred) daily to: * Track interactions with customers and distributors. * Monitor sales pipeline and bonus eligibility. * Submit timely reports: * Expense reports * Dealer visit summaries * Trade show reports * Confirmation and thank-you letters to customers Product Support & Collaboration * Coordinate with engineering teams to test products in the field. * Provide feedback from jobsites and distributors to support product development. * Contribute to the design and implementation of promotions and marketing initiatives. * Complete special projects as assigned by management. Qualifications Education * Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, ideally with a manufacturer or industrial equipment company. * Experience in developing pricing strategies, executing sales promotions, and training customers and staff. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required. * Familiarity with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM platforms preferred. Physical & Travel Requirements * Frequent travel within the assigned territory. * Ability to lift and carry tools and equipment to and from jobsites or trade shows. * Physical ability to set up and dismantle displays at events and open houses. * Overnight travel as required. Job Description POSITION: Patient Services Clerk DEPARTMENT: Health Centers LOCATION: Levittown Health Center STATUS: Full-Time (35 hours a week), Non- Exempt, Monday through Friday hours based on health center hours or operations, some evenings, occasional weekends. Hourly Pay: $20 per hour General Description: The position of Patient Services Clerk is a full-time appointment requiring a minimum of 35 hours of service per week to the College. Function: • Reports to the Director of Clinical Operations., • Support the Mission of the College., • Collaborate with the Dean of Clinical Education, Assistant Dean of Clinical Education, Billing Manager, Assistant Billing Manager, health center staff, and other members of the College faculty, staff, and administration. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: • Greet and sign-in patients when they arrive for their appointment. Ensure patients complete the necessary paperwork upon arrival., • Record and track referrals as necessary. Ensure appropriate insurance paperwork is filled out and submitted as required., • Verify patient coverage and co-payments via telephone or carrier website., • Have an understanding of medical insurance, CPT, and ICD-10 coding, verifying insurance benefits., • Actively supports clinicians and students as an enthusiastic participant in departmental meetings and actively identify ways to improve processes and service to patients., • Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations., • Assist with the hardship Account program for patients – execute proper paperwork and maintain timely documentation per episode of care. Communicate with clinicians and patients regarding status., • Assist with annual execution of the Patient Financial Policy with patients., • Identify any issues related to OIG requirements and follow reporting as required., • Optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling., • Answer telephones, schedule patient appointments, take and relay messages as needed., • Collect payment from patients for services provided or any supplies that are purchased., • Enter information from the Patient Encounter Sheets into Electronic Health Records system (EHR)., • Assist with inventory management of nutritional supplements and other retail items., • Assist with the washing and drying of health center laundry., • Make copies and duplicate files for clerks and clinicians. Maintain an adequate supply of clinic forms., • Promote and enforce the policies and procedures of the health center., • When opening the health center, retrieve messages, and ensure the desk is ready to open., • Secure all rooms in the health center at the end of the day., • May be responsible for closing out the cash drawer at the end of the day if working nights or weekends., • Assist in distribution of materials during orientation., • Any other duties as assigned. Service Role: • Participate in College committees as requested.
