Job Description Role Overview As a Relationship Bank Associate, you’ll deliver exceptional member service through accurate transaction processing and a consultative, needs-based approach. You’ll build new relationships while deepening existing ones by offering relevant financial products and services. Work Setting & Locations Positions are available across the Albany-area market: • Chatham, NY, • Colonie, NY, • Guilderland, NY, • Halfmoon, NY, • Clifton Park, NY, • Process member transactions accurately, • Educate members on digital banking tools, • Resolve inquiries promptly and professionally, • Support inbound calls and member service needs, • Apply a needs-based sales approach to identify opportunities, • Open new memberships, accounts, and loans, • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, • Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training, • Assist in training new team members, • Meet or exceed individual and team goalsQualifications (Training Provided), • Banking experience preferred, • Open to candidates from retail, administrative, or customer service backgrounds (or related), • 1+ year of experience, • Strong customer service skills, • Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office, • High School Diploma or GED required, • Banking experience a plusWhat We Offer, • Competitive compensation package, • Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
