Job Description Signage Sales Representative Our Family Broadway National, one of Inc. 5000’s fastest growing privately owned companies, provides national and international Property Management services to high profile clientele throughout a wide range of businesses. Such businesses include Tech, Restaurant, Super Market, Facility Maintenance, Retail, Specialty and more. Job Responsibilities: • Identify, generate, and manage new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach to develop a strong sales pipeline for signage programs., • Conduct client consultations, site evaluations, and needs assessments to determine signage specifications and project scope., • Prepare and present signage program proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies for national clients., • Manage RFI/RFP processes and negotiate contracts and pricing structures with key client decision makers., • Coordinate with internal teams including project management, design, and operations to ensure successful project execution., • Schedule and conduct sales presentations (virtual and in-person) with prospects., • Oversee client onboarding, including kickoff calls, documentation, billing procedures, and internal coordination., • Monitor industry trends, competitors, materials, and emerging signage technologies., • Assist with trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events to generate new business., • Contribute to weekly sales meetings and sales strategy planning., • 5+ years of experience in signage sales, construction sales, brand implementation, or facility services required., • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred., • Strong negotiation, relationship building, and closing skills., • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment., • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated., • Sales-driven with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset., • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events., • Medical, Dental and Vision, • Company paid Group Term Life Insurance, • 401 (k) Retirement savings plan (company match), • Paid vacation, sick/personal time and floating holidays We aim to provide our employees with a family-oriented atmosphere, where they are encouraged and motivated in a comfortable setting, while still being given the proper tools to grow within the company.
