About the Role: As a Level I Helpdesk Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our clients' IT environments. You will collaborate with our internal team and external clients to deliver high-quality solutions, manage projects, and provide expert guidance on cybersecurity strategies.
